Teaching and learning are integral to the mission of the Institute. Students are supported through inquiry and discourse to further intellectual abilities and to apply them in a real-world context. These enriching opportunities enable students to reach their academic and career aims. The depth and breadth of academic programs enables students to pursue a path of learning that enhances their body of knowledge. Learners are supported to assist them in their academic pursuits to succeed academically. With a laser focus on learning, strategies are employed to further academic innovation, collaboration, and critical and analytic thinking.

We thoroughly review applications and seek to work with students who are devoted to their success. We partner with organizations throughout the country to provide academic programming for diverse learners. The following provides a list of required admissions documents:

• Complete an Admissions Application
• High school Diploma/GED
• State Issued Identification Card
• Institute’s Essay
• Standardized Assessment Scores (CASAS/TABE/SAT/ACT/ASVAB)
• Prior Learning (CLEP, Dantes, Excelsior, portfolio assessment, etc.)
• Application Fee or Submission of a Fee Waiver
• Students participating in high school bridge program are only required to complete an application.
